Cristina DeVito is an operational business builder with over 10 years of career experience, including over 7 years in investment banking, private equity and consulting (Bain & Company, Catterton Partners, and Wachovia Securities). She is currently the VP Operations at Manicube, an in-office beauty services provider with operations in New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
At Manicube, Cristina works to deliver exceptional service for Manicube customers through operational functions, including managing a network of over 60 service providers across 4 markets, building and maintaining service protocols, and overseeing all supply chain management. In addition, Cristina is leading efforts in expanding Manicube’s services to grow client offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
Cristina is also the former Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Development Officer of Tough Mudder, the #1 brand in obstacle mud runs. Under her leadership, Tough Mudder grew to include over 1 million participants across the globe, with 60 events on 3 continents, in less than 4 years. In addition, she created and grew a female-focused events brand out of Tough Mudder, and became the CEO/Founder of Mudderella, a women’s obstacle mud run brand. With her expertise, Mudderella grew from 0 to 60,000 participants across 8 events from 2013-2014. It currently has locations in 13 markets nationally, and has seen 60%+ event growth in 2015.
Cristina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Dartmouth College.
